Billing and Cancellation Policy

BILLING POLICY

Monthly Billing:

- Credit card will be charged the first month of data upon activation

- Recurring charge will be automatic on the same day of the month as activation

- Subscriptions provide service for a month at a time

- Cancellations can be submitted at any time during the service month

- Cancellations MUST be submitted PRIOR to the next month charge

- We do NOT provide prorated refunds or credits for cancelling a subscription

PrePaid Billling:

 - Credit card will be charged the full prepaid amount upon activation for the term     selected (6 month, 12 month, 24 month)

- Prepaid subscriptions are NOT automatically recurring. Notifications to the             email on the account will be sent prior to expiration date

- We do NOT prorate refunds or provide credit for cancelling a subscription

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

- All cancellation requests must be received PRIOR TO your billing date to stop        further data charges

 - We do NOT provide prorated refunds or credits for cancelling a subscription

Cancellation request submission options:

1) Log into your account via the APP > Resources > Account Management > Enter PIN or Password > Cancel Service > Deactivate Device

2) Log into your account via  https://www.landairsea.com > Advanced Options >             Manage Devices > Deactivate

**Cancellation is effective at the end of the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel.
